The Listener Is The DJ is CLEAR CHANNEL’s first non-terrestrial radio station not supported by a dial position. allows listeners to choose the songs they want to hear; record their voice and play DJ; upload audience profiles; participate in weekly online music testing; and record elements for station imaging.
Targeting A Hip And Digital World
CLEAR CHANNEL came to us with a music format station that is cutting-edge adult alternative- and online only. The objective for the execution of the Brand Identity for this station format required a hip and digital world feel that presented well for both online and in print.
Alt Brandscape Execution
The rather large number of words in the name was addressed with an iconic "e" spiral to draw you in & help to break up the read. Then by stacking the type baseline-to-meanline allowed the mark to both read well and feel on trend. Color studies favored the red, black & white to both the male and female demo, and was found to contrast well against other station logos in the alternative brandscape.
